It's time to do your body a flavor! Allow me to take the guess work and stress away from what to eat- to- what time is lunch and dinner. These deliciously prepared meals are calorie based and portioned controlled to assist you with serious weight loss, muscle toning and lifestyle changing healthier eating habits! Are you hungry yet?

I will prepare your healthy meals Monday through Friday: lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. The cost is $35 per day which includes all meals packaged and delivered to your door. 
 

Let's talk service. Our dedicated staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Did we mention friendly? When we cook for you, you're always in good hands.

The meals are freshly prepared daily. A typical meal could consist of:

Lunch: 6oz Shrimp Pomodoro over 1 cup of wheat Penne Pasta and 1 cup of fresh sautéed Broccoli
Snack: 1 cup of freshly cut fruit
Dinner: 6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 cup Quinoa and 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
Snack: Protein Bar

*$35 per day includes: Lunch, Dinner and 2 Snacks (1 after lunch and 1 after  dinner) and delivery within a 20 mile radius.
